JPF Homes Inc. is a full service new construction company that specializes in urban renewal.  We see construction as an opportunity to provide a unique and creative home.  We build to compliment the area in which we are building, ensuring our deveopments contribute to neighbors and neighborhoods. 

JPF Homes Inc. began building residentially in the Fairmount area in 2004 and commercially in the Fairmount area in 2008.  Working with many of the same contracting companies since 1998, JPF Homes Inc is able to provide customers with consistent and guaranteed products. 

Where do we get the ideas for our bungalow style homes?  Our original inspiration came from the Sears & Roebuck kit houses dating to the early 20th century.  We have since been working with Brooks Ballard and Home Patterns LLC for unique and current floor plans.  Together we are building modern floor plans with modern amenities behind an historic exterior to give customers the best of both worlds!
